Not long ago I was dead broke, working part-time and seasonal jobs to survive.
I was a divorced, single mom. I had worked for our family company for many years, so I had nothing to put on a resume.
My credit was terrible, I was in debt, and I was struggling to pay even my basic bills.
Since I couldn’t get into low-income housing with poor credit and inconsistent income, I bought a shabby house on land contract and started working on rebuilding my life and the house.
It took a few years to sort everything out and get on the right path for me. Once I did that, I was able to make changes very quickly.
I now own several companies and am financially free. What does that mean? Financially free? It means that I don’t have to work for a living anymore. My passive income pays my bills when I’m at home, when I’m on vacation, when I’m asleep. My passive income buys me nice things.
